Please read these for helpful shop information before messaging me! I am happy to help with details, but here are some of my most common questions and store policies explained.

Store Policies/FAQs

What are your business hours?

The White Buffalo is a one woman shop. I do my best to answer questions daily, but there is no guarantee that I will respond on the weekend. If you make an inquiry on the weekend please expect a response on Monday.

When can I expect my item to ship?

All items are packaged shipped through USPS within 3 to 5 business days. Please make sure you put your shipping information in correctly. You will be sent an email with a tracking number once USPS has received the package. After the package is in their possession I am no longer responsible for your item. If it becomes lost please report to USPS ASAP, and contact me through one of the options on my contact tab. If you would like to purchase additional insurance for your package this is available during check out directly through USPS. The white buffalo is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What is the return/exchange policy?

All sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please complete an inquiry form on the ‘Contact Us’ page to discuss, but we do not facilitate return orders for reimbursement.

How do I find out my ring sizing?

It is your responsibility to make sure you ordered the correct size product. If you have any questions, please be sure to ask. Ring sizers are very inexpensive and available on Amazon or better yet take the time get sized at a jeweler. Please note that wider bands do run smaller. You are not able to return an item because it is too big or small, always double check!

How do I find out my bracelet/cuff sizing?

It is your responsibility to make sure you ordered the correct size product. If you have any questions, please be sure to ask. Tailors tape/flexible tape measures are very inexpensive and available on Amazon or a local craft store. If you do not have a measuring tape, you can also use a string to measure the width of your wrist, marking it and holding it along a flat ruler after removing from your wrist. You are not able to return an item because it is too big or small, always double check!

How do I care for my product?

Do NOT get your jewelry wet. Silver can tarnish and turquoise is extremely porous. Over time, with contact to water/soap/pools, it will change the look of your piece. I build these quality heirlooms to last. Please take good care of them so they can be passed down to your family one day.
